For the Love of Reading
For the Love of Reading
Reading means something different to everyone. I read to escape the present, to invoke my mind, to forget thoughts, to fuel my creativity and knowledge. Reading allows me to open my mind, close out the outside world and just be me.
A good book should leave you... slightly exhausted at the end. You live several lives while reading it. ~William Styron, interview, Writers at Work, 1958
Each book for every reader has its own story. Every page reminds you of where you were when you were joining in on the adventure.
On My Bookshelf...

Three Cups of Tea, Great Expectations, Pride & Prejudice, Wuthering Heights, Bright Shiny Morning, Arther Miller: His Life & Works, Anna Karenina, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest, The Power of One, Pillars of the Earth, War and Peace...
